Alisa House is a delicious attic (about 60 sq. mt.) nicely furnished, located in a residential area called "Balduina", at less than 1 km from the Saint Peter Basilica, easily reachable on foot. Apartments in Rome and many other apartments in Saint Peter are waiting for you on H&C.
Balduina area is full of shops, supermarkets, small restaurants, not to mention the famous "Zodiac Bar" from where you can enjoy the most famous and marvelous view of Rome and numerous bus stops. The close urban railway station "Appiano" (FM3), every 15 minutes, is connected with many roman underground stops and is also an easy way to reach Fiumicino Airport, in less than 30' minutes. Alisa House is composed by two bedrooms, the first one with a queen size bed and the second with a double sofa (with possible addition of a fifth bed), a living kitchen, one bathroom and a luminous and ample terrace. Furthermore, Alisa House offers to its guests, on reservation, an original and quality service. It is, in effect, possible to organize candle light dinners, properly and expressly cooked for you, through a selection of four different menus, served in the apartment at your disposal. The high quality food, the perfect service and the good selection of Italian wines, will make your roman evenings special and unforgettable, at very competitive prices.
