This apartment is THE BEST. It is within 5/15 minute walk to The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, etc. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the apartment could not be more perfect. The reservation with Luca was easy. He sent a car for us to the airport, had the apartment managers meet us, left us some peace of good pizza and 1 bottle of fresh white wine juice, etc. We COULD NOT have been more comfortable. There is a grocery store around the corner with a bakery across the street for that cappucinno that you wil want. The apartment was very clean. The photos are accurate but the apartment is more beautifull. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is travelling to Rome. The apartment has an interesting past. The building is very quiet. This is a large city so there is noise from an area bar on the weekend, no different than from any big city in the world. We will return again.

We stayed for four nights at this charming apartment. Our group consisted of myself, my husband and two teenage girls. The location of the apartment was perfect for touring the major sites of Rome on foot. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to visit and public transportation is available when preferred. We didn't have to use the air conditioning much because when all the windows were open the breeze was most comfortable and the views out each of the windows was very enjoyable. It was very convenient having a washing machine and I was surprised at just how quickly clothing will dry when hung outside!

Good bed, good quality towels and sheets, good dining table !!

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Such great proximity to all of Rome. Everything was within walking distance. The area was friendly and a great spot for a variety of good eating. The size of the apartment was fantastic for two but you can stay also in four. The owner, Luca was warm, friendly and welcoming. He gave us excellent advice and was extremely helpful.

The apartment is perfect located, 5 minutes from Trinità dei Monti and famous Spanish Steps, it is quite and fully equipped, we enjoyed during the nights in restaurants and Pizzeria.
